骡不同部位肠阻塞时的血液动力流变学探讨

摘    要:用无创伤性检测方法测定了40例患不同部位肠阻塞病的血流动力流变学25项参数,并与健康骡进行了比较,结果小结肠阻塞与胃状膨大部阻塞相比较,HOI,MSP,PP差异显著或极显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),与骨盆曲阻塞相比较,除HOI显著降低外(P<0..05),其它参数均无显著差异。胃状膨大部阻塞与骨盆曲阻塞相比较,25项参数均无显著差异,健康骡与小结肠阻塞相比较,PR,CI,EWK,BLK,VE

Abstract:items of hemodynamics and hemorrhelogy were determined from 40 mules with intestinal obstraction at different position and comparing With the healthy mules by non-vasive monitor, the result asfollows: (1) comparing the colon tonne obstruction with stomach-shaped obstruction ones, HOI, MSP,PP have significantly changs (p<0. 05,p<0. 01) comparing the colon tenue obstruction with fiexura pelvina obstruction ones, the items of hemodynamics and hemorrheology not changs significantly except HOI.comparing stomach-shaped obstruction with flexura pelvina obstruction ones, these are not only satisticalsignificancy (p>0. 05) in all of the items. (2) comparing the haelthy mules with colon tenue obstruction,the PR, CI, EWK, BLK, VER, SV, have significancy changs (p<0. 05,P<0. 001). comparing stomach-shaped obstrution with haelthy ones, the PR, CI, CO, HOI, PP, BLK, MHR, EWK, MSP, increased significantly (p<0. 05,p<0. 01), but MRT, FEK, MST decreased significantly (p<0. 05, P<0. 01). comparing flexura pelvina obstrution with healthy ones, the PR, CI, MST, MAP, BLK, FEK,SV changw sisnificantly (p<0. 05,P<0. 01). it indicated that mules with intestinal obsturction have apparent abnormalty in heart function and blood circulation.
