新疆雪莲芽分化过程中抗氧化酶体系活性的变化

摘    要:目的]为新疆雪莲的高频再生提供理论指导。方法]以雪莲胚性愈伤组织为材料,在pH值为5.85~5.90的MS+2.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5%琼脂培养基中进行继代培养,研究了培养过程中超氧化物酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。结果]新疆雪莲芽分化过程中胚性愈伤组织和非胚性愈伤组织的SOD活性逐渐增加,在培养24 h时达到最大。胚性愈伤组织的POD活性都大于非胚性愈伤组织;非胚性愈伤组织POD活性在培养过程中呈缓慢上升的趋势,而胚性愈伤组织POD活性呈双峰曲线变化。CAT在胚性愈伤组织培养前期活性较低。进入芽分化过程后,其活性逐渐升高。结论]新疆雪莲芽分化过程中,SOD与CAT活性变化趋势基本一致,与POD的活性变化不同。
