| 摘 要： | 阐述了江苏农村水利建设的现状与农村水利现代化的总体要求，提出了江苏农村水利现代化的主要目标和建设标准。分析了江苏农村水利现代化的主要任务和重要抓手，对江苏农村水利现代化的分区治理模式和保障措施等问题进行了思考。
