喀斯特地区农村电气化建设综合效益研究 ——以贵州省兴义市为例

摘    要:小水电是绿色的可再生能源,生态效益明显,已成为广大山区、贫困农村经济与社会发展的重要支柱、当地财政收入的重要来源、农民增收的有效手段。兴义市具有典型的喀斯特地形,电力设施及基础相对落后,电力发展极为缓慢,因而也制约了当地经济发展。兴义市通过合理开发小水电,不但加强当地农业、水利、能源基础设施建设,改善生态系统,有利于人口、资源环境的协调发展,而且也为小城镇实现后发赶超、跨越式发展奠定坚实基础,实现社会可持续发展。

Study on the comprehensive benefits of rural electrification construction in karst region -In xingyi city of Guizhou province as an example
Abstract:Small hydropower is a green and renewable energy, which get clear eco-efficiency, and small hydropower in rural mountain areas has become an important pillar of economic and social development, an important source of local revenue, an effective technology to farmers' income. Xingyi City has the typical Karst landform, electric power facilities and infrastructure is relatively backward, power development is extremely slow, and restricted the local economy development. Rational development of small hydropower in Xingyi City, not only to strengthen local agriculture, water conservancy, energy infrastructure, improving the ecosystem, population, resources and environment to coordinate development, but also for the small town to realize Post-Transcendent, span type development lays solid foundation, realize sustainable development of society.
