| 摘 要： | 目的]同时测定金银花中绿原酸、芦丁、木犀草素的含量。方法]利用反相高效液相色谱法测定，采用Zorbax SB—C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇：0．02％磷酸=50：50为流动相，流速1．0ml／min，检测波长350nm，柱温30℃。结果]不同品种的金银花中绿原酸、芦丁、木犀草素的含量差别较大。结论]该方法简单、可行，为金银花的质量控制提供了一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of the study was to determine chlorogenic acid,rutin and luteolin contents in Flos Lonicerae simultaneously.Method] With Zorbax SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-0.02% Phosphoric acid(50∶50)as mobile phase,flow velocity at 1.0 ml/min,detection wave length at 350 nm and column temperature at 30 ℃,the chlorogenic acid and the flavonoid compounds contents in Flos Lonicerae were determined by RP-HPLC.Result] The chlorogenic acid,rutin and luteolin contents have obvious differences in different kinds of Flos Lonicerae.Conclusion] The method is simple,feasible,and can be used to control the quality of Flos Lonicerae. |
