摆管式石灰撒施机构的设计与试验

摘    要:针对离心式撒肥机或气流喷射式撒肥机在稻田施用生石灰粉尘污染的问题,设计了加装在旋耕机上的摆管式石灰撒施机构,该机构主要由料箱、螺旋送料装置、摆动装置、传动系统组成。以石灰撒施横、纵向均匀性变异系数为评价指标,对影响石灰撒施均匀性的机具前进速度、摆管倾角、摆管的频率3因素进行单因素和响应曲面试验,确定了机构的最优参数。试验结果表明,影响石灰撒施均匀性变异系数因素的大小依次为摆管频率、机具前进速度、摆管倾角;当摆管频率为3 Hz,摆管倾角为45°,机具前进速度为0.97 m/s时,石灰撒施的横向均匀性变异系数为9.1%,纵向均匀性变异系数为13.9%,能够满足石灰撒施的要求。

Experiment on the swing-tube type mechanism for quicklime spreading
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of dust pollution caused by centrifugal or airflow jet quicklime spreader in paddy fields, a quicklime spreading mechanism of swing-tube type was designed and installed on the rotary tiller, which was mainly composed of bins, spiral feeding device, oscillation device, and the transmission system. Taking the variation coefficient of uniformity as the evaluation index, the optimal parameters of the mechanism were revealed by test on single factor such as machine moving speed, dip angle and frequency of the swing tube as well as the analysis of response surface. The results show that the frequency of swing tube takes the priority in effecting the uniformity of lime spreading volume, as followed by the machine moving speed, and the dip angle of swing tube. When the frequency of swing tube is 3 Hz with 45° dip angle of swing tube and the machine moving speed of 0.97 m/s, the variation coefficient for horizontal and vertical uniformity is 9.1 % and 13.9%, respectively, which can meet the requirements for quicklime spreading.
