| 摘 要： | 受各种自然因素和人为因素的影响，具有传统村落特征的乡村文化景观正在大量退化甚至消失。为更加科学有效地保护传统村落文化景观的完整性，总结了传统村落文化景观的保护现状和保护过程中存在的各种问题，并提出了保护村落文化景观的策略与建议，即加强法制意识建设、完善村落景观保护制度、建立法制监督体系。

| Abstract: | Influenced by all kinds of natural and human factors, rural cultural landscape with traditional village characteristics were degrading or even disappearing. In order to protect the integrity of traditional village cul tural landscape scientifically and effectively, protection status and the problems in protective process were sum marized, protection strategies and suggestions were put forward,including strengthen the consciousness of legal construction, improve the protection system of village landscape and establish legal supervision system. |
