| 摘 要： | 作者介绍了α-银环蛇毒素（α-bungarotoxin,α-BGT）的特性、免疫原性、蛇毒抗血清作用及整体概况，并重点叙述了α-BGT单克隆抗体(monoclonal antibody,McAb)与抗血清相比的独特优势、α-BGT McAb的制备方法及α BGT McAb在医学、分子生物学和毒素检测上的应用现状及展望。提示制备α-BGT McAb及开发检测α-BGT试剂盒有较大的经济价值。

| Abstract: | The properties,immunogenicity,antiserum activity and the summary of α-BGT were described in the paper.And the specific advantages of α-BGT McAb were emphasized compared with antiserum.The system of manufacture of α BGT and its application and development on medicine,molccular biology,toxin detection were also showed,The paper declares that α-BGT kit is of significantly economic value. |
