冷冲模具在电火花切割加工中的破坏形式分析

摘    要:通过对模具在线切割加工中的破坏形式进行分析,结果表明:模具不完全淬火、坯料温度的不均匀分布、材料内部的碳化物偏析是模具变形与开裂的主要原因.在生产实践中,通过合理选择模具材料、正确的锻造工艺、合适的热处理工艺以及淬火前型孔粗加工等措施,可有郊防止模具的变形与开裂.

Abstract:The results of an analysis based on the fracture mode of mould in wire-cutting processing show that the partial-quenched of mould,the non-uniformity of blank temperature and the carbide segregation inside the material are the main reasons of deformation and cracking.Many measures such as reasonable selecting mould material,correct forging process,appropriate heat treatment,and rough machining of type hole before quenching are taken in production to effectively prevent deformation and cracking of mould.
