摘    要:花emibarbus maculatus Bleeker精子在0(去离子水)~200毫渗NaCl、KCl和葡萄糖溶液中,快速运动持续时间和寿命随浓度增加而延长。当NaCl,KCl溶液的浓度增至300毫渗时,精子未出现快速运动,其寿命随之缩短(NaCl)或延长(KCl),而在该浓度的葡糖溶液中精子则呈不活动状态。60-240毫渗的MgCl_2和CaCl_2液溶有抑制精子活动的作用,并引起精子聚集,该效应随溶液浓度升高而更为显著,Ca~(2+)比Mg~(2+)更强烈。

Abstract:The lasting time for fast motion and lire-span of the spermatozoa of Hemibarbnsmacnlatns Bleeker lengthened as the increase of osmolality, when semen Was diluted withNaCl, KCl or glucose media containing from 0 (deionized water) to 200 mOsm.When the osmolality of NaCl or KCl solution was increased to 300 mOsm, the spermshowed no fast motion and its life-span shortened (NaCl) or prolongated (KCl).However the spermatozoa remained immotile in the same osmolality glucose medium.Solutions containing MgCl_2 or CaCl_2 with 60 to 240 mOsm could inhibit the activationof the sperm and caused the sperm gathering. The effects became more ramarkable withthe increase of osmolality, Whereas Ca~(2+) has stronger effects than Mg~(2+).
