| 摘 要： | 大量的社会管理、社会服务、社会保障的功能从政府和单位中不断剥离出来,让社区来承接,这就有力地提升了社区的功能,丰富了她的内容,拓宽了她的工作面,使她从微观的层面担当起了造就大社会的重任,成了能协调和凝聚方方面面的中心,成了功能比较齐全的“小社会“. 一个健康的、成熟的和谐社区,应该是社区与政府、社区与企业、社区与社会、社区与生态、社区与群众处于良性互动和协调发展的社区.

| Abstract: | A large number of social management, social services, social security functions are stripping out from the government and units constantly, and which the community undertake. It effectively increased the functions of the community, enriching its contents and broadening its face. Making it shoulder the heavy responsibility of bringing up the larger society on the micro-level, it has become the center at all aspects of coordination and cohesion, and has become completely "small community". healthy, mature, and harmonious communities, should be interaction and coordinated development. It includes community and the government, community and business, community and social, community and ecological, community and the masses. |
