小麦品种及突变体八个农艺性状的遗传模型分析

摘    要:以小麦不同品种和突变体为材料,组配成5×3NCⅡ交配设计,对8个农艺性状进行了遗传模型分析。结果表明,主穗小穗数、主穗粒重、抽穗期和千粒重的遗传符合加性。显性模型,且显性程度均为部分显性至完全显性。单株穗数和主穗粒数的Wr/Vr回归关系不显著,株高和穗长的遗传中,存在着上位性效应。本试验所选的4个矮秆早熟突变体作亲本,有利于提早后代的抽穗期,但不利于培育矮秆和大穗大粒品种。

ANALLSIS OF GENETIC MODEL ON 8 AGRONOMIC CHARACTERS IN COMMON WHEAT CULTIVARS AND MUTANTS
Abstract:Genetic model of 8 agronomic characters was studied with a 5×3 incomplete diallelcrossing involving 8 cultivars and mutants of common wheat(Triticum aestivum L).The re-sults suggested an additive-dominant,model which was fitted to fertile spikelets per head,grain weight per head,heading date and 1000-grain weight.The degree of dominance of thefour cbaracters were from partial to complete. The Wr/Vr regression coefficients of headsper plant and grains per head were not significant. Epistasis was observed in the inheritanceof plant height and head length. The four mutants with dwarf stalk and early maturity wereuseful for improving heading date,but not in favour of reducing plant height and improvinghead length and 1 000-grain weight.
