| 摘 要： | 在我国农业发展中，蔬菜业具有重要地位和明显的优势，目前。我国蔬菜的播种面积约占世界总面积的三分之一以上，蔬菜产量占世界总产量的40%左右。是名副其实的第一蔬菜大国，全国蔬菜产值仅次于粮食，在种植业中居第二位。
