| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对２１条藏獒的红细胞乳酸脱氢酶（ＲＢＣ－ＬＤＨ）和血清到脱氢酶（Ｓ－ＬＤＨ）同工酶酶谱及其多态性进行研究。结果发现：（１）ＲＢＣ－ＬＤＨ同工酶共有３条区带，呈现两种电泳表型，１１条藏契为ＬＤＨ２Ａ型（５７．８９％），８条藏獒为ＬＤＨ２ａ（４２．１１％），（２）Ｓ－ＬＤＨ共有５条区带，呈现两种电泳表型，２条藏獒为ＬＤＨ１Ａ（９．５２％），１９条藏獒为ＬＤＨ１ａ（９０．４８％）

| Abstract: | Tibetan mastiff were used to study the isozyme spectra and polymorphism of lactate dehydrogenase in erythrocyte and serum(RBC LDH and S LDH)by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The resules were as follows:(1)The RBC LDH isozyme consisted of three bands and showed both LDH2A and LDH2a phenotypes.The frequences of them were 57.89% and 42.11%,resp.(2)The S LDH isozyme consisted of five bands and showed both LDH1A and LDH1a phenotypes.The frequences of them were 9.55% and 90.48%,resp. |
