高寒地区沼气工业化生产配套加热系统的初步设计

摘    要:沼气在发酵过程中需要对温度进行严格的控制,将发酵料液维持在适宜的温度,以保证产气率.高寒地区冬季气温偏低,昼夜温差较大,要在高寒地区实现沼气工业化生产则需选择适宜的加热系统.为此,对现有的沼气加热形式进行了介绍,提出了适宜高寒地区沼气工业化生产的新型、高效节能、环保加热系统.

Abstract:Biogas fermentation in the process of the need for strict control of temperature, the material will be fermented liquid temperature maintained at appropriate to ensure that gas production rate. The low temperature in winter in cold areas, the large temperature difference between day and night, in the alpine region methane industrialization of the production required choosing suitable heating system. The paper on the existing form of the heating gas, made suitable for cold areas biogas production of a new type of industrialization, efficient energy-saving, environmental protection heating system.
