甲基氨基酸对肥育猪生长性能和生长激素本关指标的影响

摘    要:饲粮中添加50mg/kg N-甲基天冬氨酸(NMA)和1750mg/kg甜菜碱均明显加速了肥育猪生长,改善了胴体组成,并显著提高了肥育猪血清内源性GH和IGF-I水平,相关性分析表明,两种物质引起的内源性GH变化与猪的生长性能与胴体组成及血清尿素氮、游离脂肪酸和脂肪酶,呈现极强相关性(P<0.01),IGF-I亦呈现相似相关性。由此可见,通过添加这两种物质可以提高血清中内源性GH水平,从而促进了猪生长,改善胴体组成。

Abstract:Nighty finishing swine were selected to study the effect of N-methyl-aspartate and betaine on the internal growth hormone level in serum and the correlation between the growth hormone level and growth performance or carcass characteristic of finishing swine. The results of study showed that the two matters could increase the swine growth and improve the carcass characteristics significantly. The correlation analyses indicated that growth hormone and IGF-I have the positive correlation with the growth speed, carcass lean ratio, longissimus dorsi area, serum free fatty acid and lipase activity, have the negative correlation with the feed gain ratio, carcass fat ratio, urine nitrogen, but the growth hormone is more effective than IGF-I(P<0. 01). The results implicated that both the two matters may act through growth hormone axis(growth hormone-JGF-J) to regulate the swine growth.
