| 摘 要： | 火焰光度法是测定烟草中钾的常用方法。烟草样品的预处理方法有干灰化、湿灰化、浸提及微波消解等方法。实验比较了4种预处理方法对测定烟草钾含量的影响,结果表明：烟草样品分别经干灰化、湿灰化、5%乙酸浸提及微波消解预处理后,测得的钾含量数值重复性好,精密度高,方法间无显著差异。

| Abstract: | Flame photometry is frequently used in the measure of the kalium content of the tobacco. The pretreatment methods of the tobacco sample includes dry ashing,wet ashing ,extraction and microwave decomposement. In this paper,we compared these pretreatment methods to determine the kalium content of the tobacco samples with experiment. It indicated the accurate result could be attained by these methods. There was no remarkable difference among the pretreatment methods. |
