摘    要:采用固相萃取和抑制电导检测法,对农业用水中7种无机阴离子(F-、NO2-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-、PO43-、SO42-)同时进行分离检测,建立了用RP柱净化,3.5 mmoL/L Na2CO3+1.0 mmoL/L NaHCO3混合液淋洗的离子色谱方法。该方法具有良好重现性、线性关系。测得7种阴离子的检出限分别为5.1、14.8、10.3、26.4、21.0、38.1、20.5μg/L。此方法用于3种农业用水样品的分析,结果满意。样品测定的回收率在95.4%102.0%,RSD小于4.1%。

Rapid Determination of Inorganic Anions in Agricultural Water by Solid Phase Extraction-Ion Chromatography
Abstract:A new method for simultaneous determination of seven inorganic anions(F-、NO2-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-、PO43-、SO42-) in agricultural water by using solid phase extraction coupled with suppressed conductivity detection ion chromatography was described.By using RP column and a mixed solution containing 3.5 mmoL/L Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmoL/L NaHCO3 as eluent,good repeatability and linear relationship was obtained.The detection limits of seven anions were 5.1,14.8,10.3,26.4,21.0,38.1 and 20.5 μg/L respectively.For the determination of inorganic anions in three kinds of agricultural water,the result was satisfactory,the recoveries by this method were in the range of 95.4%~102.0%,and the RSD values were under 4.1%.
