食品理化检验技术课程改革初探

摘    要:食品理化检验技术课程是食品药品监督管理专业和食品生物技术专业的一门实验性和应用性很强的专业基础课,为培养创新人才,提高学生的动手能力,根据教育部关于职业院校加强实践教学的文件精神和江苏食品职业技术学院的培养思路,结合教学基本经验,针对学生特点和目前教学中存在的主要问题,提出对该课程的教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等内容进行改革与创新的措施。

Abstract:Physical and chemical testing of food technology was the experimental and applied basic course of Food and Drug Management Speciality and Food Biotechnology Specility.In order to cultivate the innovated specialties and develop the student experimental ability,according to the Ministry of Education on the professional practice of strengthen training teaching and the school thought,teaching content,teaching methods,practical ability training and assessment were reformed and innovated.
