蔓荆子乙醇和乙醚提取液中化学成分分析与差异比较

摘    要:采用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,分析和比较了中药蔓荆子乙醇和乙醚提取液的化学组分,并对成分中萜类物质进行归类,分析蔓荆子在不同极性提取溶剂中化学物质的差异。结果表明,蔓荆子乙醇提取液检测出67个峰,经数据库标准图谱比对鉴定出50种化合物,蔓荆子乙醚提取液检测出71个峰,鉴定出56种化合物。两种不同极性溶剂提取物中有8种相同物质。萜类物质归类分析表明,提取的萜类主要为单萜类、倍半萜类、二萜类,相对含量为单萜类物质>倍半萜类物质>二萜类物质。其中乙醚提取液中单萜类、倍半萜类所占比例显著高于乙醇提取液,而乙醇提取液中二萜类所占比例显著高于乙醚提取液。

Abstract:In this paper,the chemical components are extracted from Vitex trifolia L.by ethanol and ether are analyzed by GC-MS,respectively.The results indicate that 67 compounds are detected in ethanol extracts and 51 of them are identified by GC-MS spectrum,and 71 compounds are detected in ether extracts and 56 of them are identified by GC-MS spectrum.There are 8 same compounds consisting in two extracts.Classifying by terpenoids,the mainly terpenoids are monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoids,and diterpenoids.The range of contents is monoterpenoid>sesquiterpenoids>diterpenoid in two extracts.The contents of monoterpenoid and sesquiterpenoids are higher than diterpenoid in ether extract.The contents of diterpenoid are higher than monoterpenoid and sesquiterpenoids in ethanol extract.
