高温胁迫下菠菜种子萌发特性及耐热性

摘    要:对14个菠菜品种的种子在萌发期进行15、30、35℃处理,研究高温对其萌发特性的影响。通过对不同胁迫温度下各品种种子的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽活力、发芽势和发芽天数进行分析,并对各品种耐热系数α作主成分和隶属函数分析,综合评价各品种的耐热性并进行聚类分析。结果表明:15℃是菠菜种子萌发的适宜温度,30℃和35℃的高温下各菠菜品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均显著低于15℃处理,但不同高温对不同菠菜品种的平均发芽天数的影响不同;30℃是适宜菠菜萌发期耐热性鉴定的胁迫温度;通过耐热性综合评价,将菠菜品种分为耐热、中耐热和不耐热3类,"史贝斯"、"圣菲尔"、"群多"、"至尊宝"和"东京绿"属于萌发期耐热品种,"班德"和"世纪绿"属于萌发期中耐热品种;其余品种不耐高温。

Abstract:Seeds of 14 spinach cultivars were treated under 15,30 and 35 ℃ at the germination stage to identify heat resistance.Firstly,we studied on the seed germination characteristics of Spinacia oleracea L.under various high-temperature stress.Secondly,we chose the suitable identification temperature of heat tolerance and identified the heat tolerance by principal component analysis and membership function analysis on resistant indexes of germination rate(GR),germination potential(GP),germination index(GI),vigor index(VI) and germination days(GD) of each spinach cultivar.Finally,we comprehensively evaluated heat tolerance for each spinach cultivar and cluster analysis.The result showed that 15 ℃ was optimum temperature for seed germination of spinach.Compared with 15,30 and 35 ℃ high temperature significantly reduced germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of different varieties.But the effect of different degree high temperature on average germination period was different.30 ℃ was the suitable identification temperature of heat tolerance.The 14 Spinach varieties were divided into 4 classes(high,medium and low),in which "Space","Saint Firmin","Quinto","Zhizunbao" and "Tokyo Green" had high heat tolerance,"Bandolero" and "Century Green" had medium heat tolerance,and the rest of these 14 Spinach varieties could not resist high temperature.
