双翼翻土防漏耕犁的参数设计

摘    要:分析了中间传动反转旋耕埋茬机防漏耕犁的设计要求,论述了双翼翻土防漏耕犁的参数设计。本文特别阐述了采用高度压缩法确定双翼翻土防耕犁的元线角度变化规律的方法和优点。试验表明,所设计的双翼翻土防漏耕犁有良好的工作性能,解决了中间传动反转埋茬机的中间漏耕和Yong土问题。所建立的参数设计数学模型为该犁体CAD的3D设计准备了先决条件。

Abstract:The working condition and design requirements of the two win turning antimiss plowing plow bottom (TTAPPB) for intermediate driving and reversal rotating stubble cleaning rotary tiller were analyzed in this paper. The design of parameters for TTAPPB is expanded. In particular, the paper discusses the method and advantage by height compression method to determine the functional relationship between the elementary angle and the height of horizontal element. The test shows that the designed TTAPPB has a good performance, which solved the problems of intermediate antimiss plowing and hip building up. The built parameter designed model lays the foundation of a 3D design of plow CAD.
