摘叶与铺反光膜对赤霞珠葡萄结果部位叶片光合性能的影响

摘    要:目的]研究摘叶、铺膜以及摘叶结合铺膜处理对赤霞珠葡萄叶片光和性能的影响。方法]以7年生赤霞珠葡萄为试材,设摘除果穗周围叶片、树冠下铺银色反光膜、树冠下铺银色反光膜+摘叶3个处理,以常规管理株为对照,分别测定4个处理的叶片光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)以及光照强度。结果]摘叶和铺膜处理均可提高葡萄结果部位叶片的光合速率,其中摘叶处理比对照提高28.3%,铺膜处理比对照提高72.6%;铺膜+摘叶处理相对于铺膜或摘叶处理并未表现显著的加和效应,摘叶和铺膜处理对叶片气孔导度有一定影响,以摘叶处理影响较大。不同时期各处理叶片细胞间CO2浓度存在一定差异。结论]综合考虑,铺膜效果优于搞叶处理。
