"法律基础"课案例教学法初探

摘    要:介绍了案例教学实施过程必须注意的一些问题以及案例教学法的作用与局限。案例教学的实施过程分为案例设计、案例表述、案例讨论和案例总结四阶段。案例设计应当坚持正确的舆论导向,应当从“法律基础”课是思想品德课的课程性质出发,案例应当具有真实性、典型性、针对性和新颖性。表述案例时,教师应当把握好案例引入的时机、表述的情感、方法、时间和限度等。案例教学法对提高学生学习兴趣、分析问题和解决问题的能力、增进师生了解等有重要作用,但是案例教学法也存在着对教师要求很高,耗时长等局限。教师在教学中应当根据需要选用案例教学法。

Abstract:This article introduces the adopting procedure of case teaching method, its function and limit. The whole procedure can be divided into four stages. They are case design, case statement, case discussion and case summary. While we design a case, we must stick to true guidance of public opinion, consider our general situation and the quality of the basic law courses. The case should be characterized by truth, typicalness, fashion. While stating a case, the teacher should know when to introduce and how to express in a class. During the discussion and summary, the teacher should play a good role of being a coach and judge. This teaching method can improve the students' interest, their ability of analyzing and solving a problem, what' s more, it can strenthen understanding between a teacher and his students. But its limits are that there are some high requirements for the teacher and more time need to be spared, according to the demand and arrangment, the teacher may take this kind of teaching method.
