摘    要:介绍了普通车床数控改造后,床身导轨磨损后前吊紧压板自动补偿装置的设计。其构思新颖,结构合理,制造方便,调整简单,不需要磨削床身即可保证床身的原有精度。

Abstract:The design of an automatic compensation device intended for front pressure plate upon guide rail wear after the numerical control transformation of common lathes is introduced.The design features originality,rational structure,easy manufacturing,simple adjustment and assurance of the original lathe precision with no need to grind the lathe.
