| 摘 要： | “止痢灵”(复方磺胺对甲氧嘧啶混悬剂)用于治疗仔猪黄痢,白痢等疾病,每头仔猪口服1.0毫升,每日1次,连服3天,对仔猪白痢治愈率达96.44％,黄痢治愈率为79.86％。首次用量2.0毫升,一次用药后粪便转常率比首次量1.0毫升提高45.7％。与氯霉素相比,一次用药后粪便转常率提高33.53％,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | Antidysenteric suspension(ADS)is a preparation made from sulfamethoxy-diazine and trimethoprim and used for the treatment of white and yellow scours of the neonatal pig.The effective rate for white scours is 96.44%,and 79.86% for yellow scours through oral administration of 1 ml ADS once daily for three consecutive days.The single dosage of 2 ml was demonstrated to be more effective than that of 1 ml in normalizing the feces with an increased rate of 45.7%.The feces-normalizing rate after treatment was 33.53% higher than that of chloramphenicol group(P<0.01). |
