摘    要:目的]研究红曲霉YM3207对葛根进行微生物转化后,其转化产物的最佳提取工艺。方法]以葛根素含量为指标,HPLC法为测定方法,采用单因素和正交试验优化提取工艺。结果]选用超声波提取,最佳提取工艺条件:以70%乙醇为提取剂,乙醇体积为发酵产物质量的11倍,超声提取3次,每次超声时间40min。结论]用选定的工艺,转化产物中葛根素提取效率高,结果稳定。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to screen out the optimum extraction technology for transforming Puerariae radix with Monascus purpureus.Method] Taking puerarin content as the index,HPLC was adopted and orthogonal test was used in this experiment.Result] The best extraction conditions were as follows:adding 11 times of 70% alcohol,ultrasonic extracting 40 min for 3 times.Conclusion] The optimal condition is efficient and stable.
