摘    要:对三类不同开垦年代的土壤中主要微生物类群的数量和酶活性的演变进行了初步研究,结果发现,因土壤类型的不同,其变化的趋势完全不同。红壤各类微生物的数量和酶活性随耕作年代的增加而升高,而黑士则略呈下降趋势,灰漠土略呈上升趋势,特别是放线菌的数量增加极显著。

Abstract:The changing of amount of soil microorganism and enzyme activity in three type soils of different farming years were studied proposally. The results indicated that the trends of changing were different because of different soil type. The amount of soil microorganism and enzyme activity in Jiangxi red soils were raised with the increasing of fanning year, but in Jilin black soils, they were declined. The trends were raising slightly in Xinjiang grey desert soils, especailly the amount of Actinomycetes were increasing evidently.
