摘    要:本文就目前出现的新型功率开关元件——门极可关断晶闸管(GTO)的驱动和保护问题进行了探讨。研究出一种实用的驱动和保护电路。它特别适用于用计算机控制采用GTO为功率开关的逆变系统。经过用逆变器的实验证实,该设计性能可靠,方法简单易行。

Abstract:After a detailed digging into the problems of driver and protection, this thesis advances a practical driver and protection circuit for the latest power switch device-Gate turn-off thyristor (GTO). This circuit is especially suitable for the computer controlled contravariant systems which take GTO as power switches. Experiments using the contravariantor based on this circuit concludes that the design of this circuit posses a reliable performance and a simple program. Thus it contributes a method for GTO to be applied in speed-adjusting systems of wood and ordinary industry.
