白花木瓜籽粕多酚的提取及其抗氧化活性

摘    要:采用超声波辅助丙酮法提取白花木瓜籽粕多酚,研究了丙酮体积分数、料液比、提取时间和提取次数对多酚得率的影响。通过单因素和正交试验法确定了白花木瓜籽粕多酚的最佳提取条件。结果显示,最佳提取条件为丙酮体积分数80%、料液比1︰10、提取时间40 min和提取次数3次,在此条件下,多酚的得率达3.56 mg/g。采用DPPH自由基清除活性测定方法评价了白花木瓜籽粕多酚的抗氧化活性,其清除DPPH自由基的SC50值为200.34μg/mL。

Abstract:The polyphenols were extracted from the seeds of Chaenomeles cathayensis (cf.White Flower) by ultra-sonic assisted acetone method , and the acetone concentration, solid-liquid ratio, the time for extraction, and the number of extraction were investigated to understand their fluence on extraction yield of polyphenols by single factor and orthogonal tests .The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions was 80 %, of acetone concentra-tion 1︰10 of solid-liquid ratio, 40 min of extraction time and 3 times of extraction number.Under this optimal condition, the extraction yield of polyphenols could reach to 3.56 mg/g.The antioxidant activity of the obtained polyphenols was evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging activity assay , and its SC50 value against DPPH free radical was 200.34 μg/mL.
