摘 要: | 目的]建立一种准确鉴别鸡蛋花和布渣叶红外光谱图的方法。方法]利用MIR分别采集鸡蛋花和布渣叶样品的红外指纹光谱图,选取指纹区信息作为观测变量,采用主成分分析法对其进行鉴别。结果]MIR指纹结合主成分分析法可根据MIR光谱信息明显地将鸡蛋花和布渣叶鉴别出来。结论]MIR指纹结合主成分分析法客观、准确、快速,可应用于鉴别归属不同药材的红外光谱图。

Identification of Microcos paniculata and Plumeria rubra by MIR Combined with Principal Component Analysis |

Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to establish an accurate method to identify the infrared spectrums of Microcos paniculata and Plumeria rubra.Method] Collecting the IR fingerprint of Microcos paniculata and Plumeria rubra samples by MIR,take the information of fingerprint region as observed variables,and then identify analysis them combining with principal component analysis.Result] According to the infrared spectrum information,we could obviously differentiate the Micmcos paniculata and Plumeria rubra by MIR fingerprinting combined with principal component analysis.Conclusion] MIR fingerprinting combined with principal component analysis is objective,accurate and fast,which could be used to identify the infrared spectrum of different Chinese medical herbs. |
