摘    要:流行性肉芽肿性丝囊霉菌病(epizootic granulomatous aphanomycosis,EGA),俗称流行性溃疡综合征(epizootic ulcerative syndrome,EUS),是世界动物卫生组织(OIE)《水生动物卫生法典》所列的疫病,也是我国法定的二类动物疫病,目前危及4大洲20多个国家的94种咸水或淡水鱼类,造成巨大经济损失。近年国内EGA疑似病例日益增加,但由于该病原分离纯化困难,导致各界对国内是否存在该病有很大争议。通过从病原学、流行病学、病理生物学、诊断和防控等角度对EGA进行综述,期望有利于该病的研究和控制。

Abstract:Epizootic granulomatous aphanomycosis(EGA),most commonly known as epizootic ulcerative syndrome(EUS),belongs to class B of fish diseases in OIE Aquatic Animal Health Code and is also the second class animal epidemic disease in China.Currently,EGA has damaged 94 species of freshwater and estuarine fish in more than 20 countries from four continents,causing great economic losses.In recent years,although the suspected cases of EGA have being increased in China,the prevalence of the disease is still controversial because of the difficulty in pathogen isolation.In this paper,the etiology,epidemiology,pathobiology,diagnosis,control and prevention of EGA were reviewed,which will provide useful information for the research and control of this important disease.
