摘    要:农作物秸秆人造板的使用不仅填补了我国因木质资源短缺造成木基人造板供不应求的现状,还可以减少因焚烧秸秆带来的环境污染等危害。但是秸秆制板工艺受到胶黏剂和秸秆自身特性的限制。通过综述秸秆资源的利用方式,原料特性和使用不同胶黏剂秸秆人造板的研究进展和现状,分析现状总结了秸秆人造板生产中在储运、工艺和胶黏剂的选择中存在的问题,最后指出秸秆人造板的发展方向,为秸秆人造板的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:The use of agricultural straw-based panel can not only fill the gap of short supply of wood-based panels caused by the shortage of wood resource,but also reduce the environmental pollution and other hazards caused by burning straw.The adhesive performance and the quality of straw are the key factors restricting the performance of straw-board.In this paper,we summarized the research progress and the status in the use patterns and characters of straw and straw-board with different kinds of adhesives.We also analyzed the existing problems in the panel manufacture,including problems in storage,technology and choice of adhesive.Finally,we provided the direction in future manufacture of the straw-board.
