摘    要:以11月、12月、翌年1月、2月和3月的摆竹、棚竹、中华大节竹和浦竹仔的半致死温度、可溶性糖含量和丙二醛质量摩尔浓度的测定和计算结果为依据,对4种竹子的抗寒性进行了研究。结果表明,4种竹子之间的抗寒能力存在不同程度的差异。4种竹子不同月份间的半致死温度呈现显著差异,且均表现为1月份半致死温度最低,3月份最高。可溶性糖含量与半致死温度变化规律相反,表现为1月份最高,3月份最低。4种竹子的丙二醛质量摩尔浓度也存在显著差异,其中1月份,中华大节竹的丙二醛质量摩尔浓度最低,浦竹仔最高。在试验的几个月中,半致死温度与可溶性糖含量均呈极显著负相关,说明增加可溶性糖含量能够提高竹子的抗寒性。从4种竹子不同月份的半致死温度的计算结果看,1月份(–3.75℃~–8.5℃)最低,3月份(–0.57℃~–0.64℃)最高,抗寒能力强弱均表现为1月12月2月11月3月。以1月份的半致死温度及野外冬季受低温胁迫的形态表现综合判断,4种竹子抗寒能力强弱顺序为中华大节竹摆竹棚竹浦竹仔。

Abstract:Cold resistance adaptability of Indosasa shibataeoides,Indosasa Iongispicata,Indosasa sinica,Indosasa hispida leaves was studied based on the measurement and calculation results of the semi-lethal temperature,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde (MDA) mass molar content of the bamboo leaves in November,December and January,February and March in next year.The results showed that there were different degrees of cold resistance among the four kinds of bamboo.The semi-lethal temperatures among the four different species of bamboo in different months showed significant differences with the lowest in January and the highest in March.The law of change about soluble sugar was opposite to the semi-lethal temperature,which was the highest in January and lowest in March.The MDA in the four kinds of bamboo were different too.In January,the lowest MDA was Indosasa sinica and the highest was Indosasa hispida.During the months of the experiment,the semi-lethal temperature was negatively correlated with the soluble sugar,which indicated that increasing the soluble sugar could improve the cold resistance of bamboo.According to the calculation results of the semi-lethal temperature of 4 kinds of bamboo in different months with the lowest in January (-3.75 ℃--8.5℃) and the highest in March (-0.57 ℃--0.64℃),the cold resistance from strong to weak was January> December > February> November> March.Based on the comprehensive judgments of the semi-lethal temperature in January and the morphological characteristics of low temperature stress in winter,the cold resistance adeptability of 4 kinds of bamboo from strong to weak is Indosasa sinica> Indosasa shibataeoides> Indosasa Iongispicata> Indosasa hispida.
