| 摘 要： | 目的]了解藏青2000在西藏不同生态域的品质差异。方法]分别在不同生态域进行藏青2000种植试验,并对青稞中的水分、淀粉、粗蛋白、粗纤维,矿质元素锌、锰、铁、铜、钾、钙、镁,以及有效成分总黄酮、花青素、β-葡聚糖14项指标进行了检测。结果]藏青2000在不同生态域的品质存在一定的差异,其中β-葡聚糖、钙、铜、钾、镁、磷、锰受环境的影响较为明显。结论]该研究可为青藏高原青稞高产优质的规范化栽培提供参考依据。

Quality Difference Analysis of Zangqing 2000 in Different Ecological Domains |

| Abstract: | Objective] To understand different qualities of Zangqing 2000 in different ecological regions of Tibet.Method] Planting experiments of Zangqing 2000 were carried out respectively in different ecological domains,and the moisture,starch,crude protein,crude fiber,mineral elements zinc,manganese,iron,copper,potassium,calcium,magnesium,as well as the effective components flavonoids,anthocyanins,beta glucan in the highland barley were tested.Result]The results showed that there were some differences in the quality of Zangqing 2000 in different Tibetan ecological domains.The effects of beta-glucan,Ca,Cu,K,Mg,P and Mn were significantly affected by the environment.Conclusion]This study can provide a basis for the standardized cultivation of highland barley in Qinghai Tibet Plateau. |
