摘    要:研究了不同浓度的镉(Cd~(2+)和铅(Pb~(2+))对黑斑蛙(Rana nigromaculata)肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响.结果表明,在Cd~(2+)和Pb~(2+)浓度低于1.0 mg/L时对CAT活性起诱导作用,最大值出现在0.5 mg/L附近:而高浓度Cd~(2+)和Pb~(2+)(高于1.0mg/L)对CAT起抑制作用.CAT活性对2种重金属离子的敏感程度不同,相同实验条件下,各浓度Cd~(2+)对CAT的诱导作用高于Pb~(2+).黑斑蛙肝脏CAT对水环境中的重金属反应敏感,对重金属的早期污染有指示作用.

Abstract:Effects of different levels of Cd~(2+) and Pb~(2+) on activities of eatalase (CAT) in the liver of Rana nigromaculata were studied.At laberatory condition,it was showed that the activities of CAT were enhanced when the concentrations of Cd~(2+) and Pb~(2+) were low (1ess than 1.0 mg/L),and were restrained at the high level (more than 1.0 mg/L).However,the promotion of CAT by Cd~(2+) was more sensitive than that of the CAT by Pb~(2+).The results revealed that the activity of CAT in the liver of Rana nigromaculata could be monitoring on the heavy metal pollution.
