| Abstract: | HA titre of EDS -76 H 91 is affected by some factors,such as inoculation concentration and inocubation time,concentration of chicken red blood cell for dectetion,HA reaction temperature,concentration of formalin inactivated allantoic fluid,the preserve period of inactivated allantoic fluid,etc. The methods of increasing HA titre of EDS -76 H 91 are analyzed. |
