| 摘 要： | 从水牛盱眙病病肝和淋巴结提纯病毒抗原，用双层间接ＥＬＩＳＡ和免疫扩散（ＩＤ）检测盱眙病抗体，结果在２９头病牛血清中ＩＤ阳性率为８％，ＥＬＩＳＡ阳性率为９３．１％；５４头疫区牛血清中，ＩＤ阳性率为１．９％，ＥＬＩＳＡ阳性率为１１．１％；非疫牛则两法均为阴性。以淋巴细胞免疫吸附试验证实病牛淋巴细胞的细胞膜上存在有病毒抗原。以病水牛血清和健康水牛对比作免疫电泳，发现病牛血清中缺少ＩｇＭ带

| Abstract: | Virus antigen was purified from liver and lymphocytes of buffaloes experimentally infected by Xuyi disease virus(XDV).Antibodies against XDV were detected by double layers indiret ELISA and immuno diffusion(ID).The positive rate of samples from infected buffaloes and the enzootic area was 93.1%(27/29),27.6%(8/29)and 11.1%(6/54),1.9%(1/54),respectively.While those from non enzootic area,no positive was detected .Virus antigen in the lymphocyte membrane was detected by lymphocyte immuuo adsorption test.It was found that the serum from infected buffaloes compared with that of the health buffaloes was deticient in IgM. |
