基于主成分与聚类分析的辣椒主要农艺性状评价

摘    要:为了筛选出适宜石家庄地区早春塑料大棚栽培的辣椒品种,对来自不同地区的14个辣椒品种的11个农艺性状进行了相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:单果质量与果形、商品果纵径呈极显著负相关,与商品果横径呈极显著正相关;单产与熟性呈极显著负相关;商品果纵径与商品果横径、商品果肉厚、辣味呈极显著负相关,与果形呈极显著正相关,与青熟果色呈显著负相关;商品果横径与商品果肉厚、辣味呈极显著正相关,与果形呈极显著负相关,与青熟果色呈显著正相关;商品果肉厚与果形呈极显著负相关,与辣味呈极显著正相关;果形与青熟果色呈显著负相关;熟性与光泽呈显著负相关。经主成分分析,前3个主成分的特征值均大于1,累计方差贡献率达84.865%,能综合辣椒农艺性状的的大部分信息。经聚类分析,在类间距离为10时,14个品种分为五大类。第Ⅰ类为灯笼形黄果,表皮光泽;第Ⅱ类为方灯笼形甜椒;第Ⅲ类为大果型辣椒,单果质量较大;第Ⅳ类为薄果肉的牛角椒,口感好,病毒病抗性强;第Ⅴ类为长果形的薄果肉长羊角椒。经相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析3项综合分析,确定‘峰冠’单果质量较大,但病毒病抗性较差,建议在石家庄地区早春种植;‘尊虎六号’‘改良大果虎皮椒’为薄果肉的牛角椒,口感好,病毒病抗性强,产量也较高,适宜在石家庄地区种植;其余品种产量较低、病毒病抗性较差及辣度较大(石家庄地区不喜欢太辣的品种),因此均不适宜在石家庄地区种植。

Abstract:In order to screen out the varieties of peppers suitable for cultivation in plasic greenhouse in early spring in Shijiazhuang area,the correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis of 11 agronomic traits of 14 pepper materials from different regions were carried out in this research.The results showed that single fruit weight was found a significant negative correlation with fruit shape and longitudinal diameter of commercial fruit,and a significant positive correlation with horizontal diameter of commercial fruit.Yield was extremely negatively correlated with maturity.Vertical diameter of commercial fruit was observed a significant negative correlation with transverse diameter of commercial fruit,thickness of commercial fruit,and spicy taste,which it was discovered a significant positive correlation with fruit shape.Transverse diameter of commercial fruit was exhibited a significant positive correlation with thickness of commercial fruit and spicy taste,but it was found a significant negative correlation with fruit shape.Thickness of commercial fruit was extremely negatively correlated with fruit shape,but it was extremely positively correlated with spicy taste.Fruit shape was showed a significant negative correlation with color of immature fruit.Maturity was found a significant negative correlation with degree of gloss.Principal component analysis showed that the eigenvalues of the first three principal components were all higher than 1,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 84.865%,which could synthesize most of the information of agronomic traits of pepper.According to the cluster analysis,when the distance between classes was 10,the 14 varieties were divided into five categories.The first class was lantern-shaped yellow fruit with shiny skin;the second was square-shaped bell pepper;the third was large-fruited pepper;the fourth was thin flesh horn-shaped pepper with a good taste and strong resistance to viral diseases;the fifth type was long fruit type thin flesh long-horned pepper.It was summarized that‘Fengguan’was adapted to cultivate in early spring in Shijiazhuang because its bigger single fruit weight‘Zunhu No.6’and‘Improved big fruit tiger pepper’exhibited thin pulp,good taste,strong resistance to virus disease,and high yield,they were recommended to plant in Shijiazhuang.Other varieties were not suitable for cultivation in Shijiazhuang area because of the low yield,weak virus disease resistance and high spicy degree.
