云南水稻土中主要矿质元素对水稻籽粒矿质元素积累的影响

摘    要:选取云南不同区域的水稻土、水稻籽粒55个样品,用等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)分别测定糙米、精米及其对应种植土壤中18种矿质元素的含量,比较了糙米和精米中18种矿质元素的含量差异,并对矿质元素在土壤―水稻系统中的迁移规律进行了分析.结果表明,1)18种矿质元素含量在水稻品种(系)间差异极大.糙米中各矿质元素的平均含量高低排序为P、K、Mg、S、Ca、Zn、Mn、Al、Na、Fe、Cu、B、Mo、Sn、Ni、Cr、Ba、Sr,精米中各矿质元素的平均含量变化趋势与糙米相似.除Na外,糙米中K、P、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn等17种元素含量极显著高于精米.2)不同地点间各元素含量的差异较大.各元素含量的变异系数大小依次为Ca、Ni、Cr、K、Mg、Mn、Sr、Cu、Ba、S、Na、Zn、Fe、Sn、P、Al、B、Mo.3)稻米与土壤间各矿质元素含量密切相关.水稻籽粒中P、Cr、Sr、Mg、Zn、Cu、S和Ni的聚集,主要归因于水稻土中矿质元素的聚集和迁移,其迁移能力大小依次为P、Cr、Sr、Mg、Zn、K、Ca、S、Cu、Ni.

Abstract:55 soil and rice grain samples from different areas in Yunnan province were analyzed,based on contents of eighteen mineral element in brown rice,polished rice and their corresponding plant soil,by a plasma atomic emission spectrographic(ICP-AES) method. Between brown rice and polished rice differences in contents of 18 kinds of mineral element were compared,and the regularity of migration of mineral elements in soil-rice planting system were analysed. The results indicated: (1) Contents of eighteen mineral element were obviously different on various cultivars. Their mean values in brown rice were as follows: P > K > Mg > S > Ca > Zn > Mn > Al > Na > Fe > Cu > B > Mo > Sn > Ni > Cr > Ba > Sr,variation tendacy of the polished rice is similar to that of the brown rice. Apart from Na,average values of K,P,Ca,Mg,Cu and Zn in brown rice were remarkably higher than that of the polished rice. (2) The mineral elements of soil are different in places. The variation coefficient values in the paddy soil were as follows: Ca > Ni > Cr > K > Mg > Mn > Sr > Cu > Ba > S > Na > Zn > Fe> Sn > P > Al > B > Mo. (3) Contents of mineral elements between rice grain and paddy soil was closely related. Accumulation and transference from mineral elements in paddy soil was the reason for accumulation of P,Cr,Sr,Mg,Zn,Cu,S and Ni in rice grain. And transportation sequence of the eight mineral elements in rice was: P > Cr > Sr > Mg > Zn > K >Ca > S> Cu >Ni.
