| 摘 要： | 近几年,北京市密云县鸡新城疫病由多发到基本控制,制定合理的免疫程序是关键。对发病的养殖户,进行了发病情况调查和免疫抗体检测,发现:1)免疫次数不够和免疫间隔时间过长,不使用新城疫油苗,免疫剂量不足为主要免疫失败的原因;2)油苗和冻干苗不配合使用,应急因素引发新城疫是诱因;3)新城疫雏鸡早期感染,雏鸡接种疫苗后尚未完全产生抗体之前感染病毒,导致发病。针对免疫发生的问题,指导养殖户正确掌握免疫技术,提高免疫水平,是达到控制鸡新城疫病的发生有效途径。
