| 摘 要： | 试验以番茄(红石头516F1)为供试品种,采用50孔穴盘育苗,在草炭∶蛭石=2∶1的混合基质中加入不同配比的珍珠岩,设置5种不同处理,研究不同比例珍珠岩的添加对番茄穴盘苗的矮化影响及壮苗效果.结果表明,珍珠岩的介入对混合基质的理化性质有较大影响,主要表现为增大了混合基质的孔隙度,增强了其通气、保水保肥性能.此外,生理指...

| Abstract: | In this experiment,tomato(Red Stone 516F1)was used as the experimental materials using 50 holds tray to raise the plug seedling.Perlite with different ratios was added in the complex substrate under the condition of peat/vermiculite =2:1 and five different designs were set.Meanwhile,the dwarf and healthy seedling effects of tomato plug seedlings at different ratios perlite were researched.The results showed that adding perlite influenced the physicochemical properties of mixed media which increased the porosity of mixed,and the function of aeratedrate and preservation of moisture and fertility also be enhanced.Otherwise,physiological and healthy seedling index indicated that the proper substrate composition with peat/vermiculitel/perlite=2:1:1 could control the height of seedling effectively and enhance the quality of seedling,which could lay a good foundation for growth and yield of plant. |
