PLC变频调速节能灌溉系统的设计

摘    要:在分析了变频调速灌溉系统与阀门开度调节灌溉系统的节能效果之后,得出了一种新型的农业灌溉系统供水方式,即利用PLC结合变频器的方式来实现恒压变流供水。给出了变频调速灌溉系统结构图,并进行了系统软件流程设计。系统能够连续采集水泵流量,与设定的工作压力进行比较,实时改变水泵电机的工作频率调节灌溉流量。从而改变了传统农业依靠控制阀门开度及人工启停水泵电机的操作方法。经过实验证明,采用变频调速的节水灌溉系统,比传统模式节能20%~69%。对设备寿命周期的延长,节约电能和人工成本,提高灌溉可靠性方面均有极积的意义。

Abstract:After analyzing the frequency control irrigation systems and irrigation systems regulating valve opening energy - saving effect, draw a new type of agricultural irrigation water supply system, which uses a combination of the inverter PLC way to achieve constant pressure variable flow water supply. Given frequency conversion irrigation system structure diagram, and system software process design. Continuous acquisition system can pump flow, and set the working pressure is compared in real time to change the operating frequency of the pump motor to adjust the irrigation flow. Thus changing the traditional agricultural methods of operation relies on manual control valve opening and start and stop the pump motor. After the experiment proved that the use of water - saving irrigation system frequency control than the traditional model of 20% - 69% energy saving. To extend equipment life cycle energy savings in labor costs, improve reliability of irrigation has a very positive meaning.
