摘    要:江苏1204拖拉机液压输出功率,在试验时,出现输出功率不足的问题。对实验数据分析,影响液压功率的两个因素流量和压力,从元件品质来看,可能是齿轮泵的容积效率以及系统低压区漏气的问题,从设计角度分析,则可能是吸油管及其管路元件结构参数的选择问题。如何确定系统元件的参数即吸油管等元件的参数,按规范设计是基本的要求;之后,才是根据实际情况,再优化设计和超越规范设计。对试验中出现的问题,查找应遵守逻辑原则,涉及到实物分解时,则是先易后难,最终找到问题的原因予以解决。

Abstract:This is about the power output of Jiangsul204 tractor's Hydraulic pressure. In the test, the problem is the lack of output power. Analyzing the experimental data, the two factors that affect the hydraulic power flow and pressure, from the point of component quality, may be the problem of volumetric efficiency of the gear pump and leakage of systematic low - pressure area, which, analyzing from the design angle, could be selection prob- lem of suction tubing and structure parameter of its pipeline route. How to make sure of the parameters of the system components, which may be the parameters of suction pipe and some other components, is to design ac- cording to the standard which is the basic request. And the second request is optimized design and ultra - stand- ard design according to the actual situation. To find the problems arising from the test, we shall comply with the principles of logic. When it comes to the decomposition of physical, we shall do first things first. And finally the cause will be found and the problem to be solved.
