摘    要:摘要:采用Li-6400光合作用测定仪研究华南8号木薯的光合作用日进程,结果表明:华南8号的Pmax日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在上午9:00左右,“午休现象”不明显。午间叶片光合能力的轻微减弱主要受到非气孔因素影响。最大净光合速率(Pmax)、表观量子效率(a)、光补偿点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP)等光合参数在一天中是不断变化的。7:00~17:00,Pmax(CO2)变幅为:23.65~32.87μmol?m-2?s-1;a变幅为:0.0482~0.0683;LCP变幅为:30.60 ~50.78μmol?m-2 s-1;LSP变幅为:1845.64 ~2418.60μmol?m-2 s-1。多元逐步回归分析结果表明:各光合参数的主要影响因子分别是,a为RH,显著正效应;LCP为PAR,显著正效应;LSP为Cond和Vpdl,其中Cond为显著正效应,Vpdl为不显著负效应,效应大小依次为Cond>-Vpdl;Pmax的主要影响因子是Cond、RH和Ci,其中Cond和RH为极显著正效应,Ci为不显著负效应,效应大小依次为Cond>RH>-Ci。

Abstract:For a general study of the daily variation regulation of the photosynthetic parameters and its relationship between the main impact factors of Manihot esculenta Crantz.cv.M. South China 8(SC8) . The diurnal variation of photosynthesis of SC8 is measured and analyzed by employing LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results show that the curve representing the diurnal course of the maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pmax)of SC8 has a single peak, at which the maximum net photosynthetic rate reaches the maximum value at 9:00.And this indicates that there existed no obvious "midday depression" in photosynthesis of SCS.The dominant factor of slight declining in photosynthesis which is caused by non-stomatal limitation. The light parameters of Maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pmax), Apparent quantum efficiency (a) , Light compensation point (LCP), Light saturation point (LSP) of the leaves are changing continuously during the day. From 7:00 to17:00,the Pmax(CO2)ranging between 23.65-32.84μmol/(m2·s);the a ranging between 0.0482- 0.0683;the LCP ranging between 30.60-50.78 μmol/(m2·s);the LSP ranging between 1845.64-2418.60μmol/ (m2·s).The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that RH is the main factor which affects on a, as a significant positive effect; PAR is the main factor which affects on LCP, as a significant positive effect; Cond and Vpdl arc the main factors which affect on LSP and the order of effecting is Cond(significant positive effect)〉 Vpdl( no significant negative effect);Cond, RH and Ci are the main factors which affect on Pmax and the order of effecting is Cond(very significant positive effect)〉 RH(very significant positive effect)〉 Ci (no significant negative effect).
