| 摘 要： | 近几年利用校内实训资源,与劳动部门合作,面向社会对企业在岗职工、下岗职工和农村富余劳动力进行广泛的培训.这些人群,文化层次不高,理解和吸收能力有限,对他们培训要用浅显易懂的语言,帮助他们学习和提高.通过多年的培训工作,笔者在数控车编程实践和教学中,摸索出一些小窍门.

| Abstract: | In recent years the use of our school campus training resources, and labor departments, community-oriented enterprises in the post workers, laid-off workers and surplus rural labor for extensive training. These groups, and cultural level is not high, the ability to understand and absorb the limited use of their training with easy to understand language to help them learn and improve.Through years of training, I practice in NC programming and teaching,I found a number of tips. |
