干旱胁迫下3种玉米光响应曲线模型的比较

摘    要:研究了不同土壤水分条件下玉米的光合作用,对光响应曲线进行拟合,比较3种不同拟合方法的优劣,优选出干旱胁迫下最优的光合作用光响应模型。利用玉米穗位叶光合数据,用直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型以及直角双曲线修正模型对适宜土壤水分条件及中度干旱胁迫下玉米光响应进行拟合。从拟合的相关参数看,对照(CK)的拟合结果中,直角双曲线模型整体高于非直角双曲线模型,其中表观量子效率与最大净光合速率均提高33%,光补偿点提高10%,暗呼吸速率提高40%,直角双曲线修正模型得到的最大净光合速率低于非直角双曲线模型,其余参数差别很小。在对水分胁迫(MS)的拟合中,3种曲线所得参数的差异与CK一致。直角双曲线修正模型可以直接得到饱和光强与最大净光合速率,得到的光合参数比另外2种模型更接近实测值,因此该模型可以更好的拟合适宜土壤水分和中度干旱胁迫下的玉米光响应曲线。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to select the best model of photosynthetic light response of maize ear-leaf under different soil moisture conditions by fitting three different models-rectangular hyperbola model,non-rectangular hyperbola model and modified model of rectangular hyperbola.The results showed that the parameters fitted by the rectangular hyperbola model were all higher than those fitted by the non-rectangular hyperbola model in CK,the AQY and Pnmax 33% higher,the LCP 10% higher,the Rd 40%higher.The Pnmax fitted by the modified model of rectangular hyperbola was lower than that fitted by the non-rectangular hyperbola model,other parameters were almost the same.The MS fitted by the three models were also almost the same with CK.Modified model of rectangular hyperbola could calculate these photosynthetic parameters and the fitting results accorded with measurements under normal water supply condition and drought stress.
