| 摘 要： | 在高校英语教学中,外籍教师展现了独特的教学风格和魅力,发挥了不可替代的作用,但也因其文化背景差异、专业不对口、不了解中国学生的学习习惯和英语基础等原因,在教学过程中出现一些问题。要解决这些问题,就需要加强对外籍教师的管理,要求他们在授课前了解我国高校英语教学大纲要求、制定详尽的教学计划、掌握学生英语知识基础,不断增进他们与教师、学生间的沟通与理解。

| Abstract: | Foreign teachers show a unique teaching style and charm and play an irreplaceable role in English teaching in Chinese colleges and universities.However,it also has some problems in their teaching process due to the differences in cultural background,the lack of professional counterparts or understanding of Chinese students’learning habits and English basis etc.To solve these problems,it is essential to strengthen the management of foreign teachers,require them learn college English teaching syllabus,make a detail teaching plan and be aware of students’English learning situation before their teaching practice,and constantly enhance communication and understanding between students and teachers. |
