| Abstract: | The new regulation that college and university administration should not interfere with or preventcollege students from getting married is a symbol of social progress, but it also gives rise to new problems con-cerning the administration of residential halls in universities and colleges. In response to the present situationof dormitory administration in universities and colleges, this paper points out that university administrationshould stick to the principle "put people first" and make adjustments accordingly. The paper concludes that itis necessary to instruct and guide students to have a better understanding of the new regulation, develop acorrect attitude toward it and focus on study. |
