摘    要:以高级的烘青绿茶和高香的单瓣茉莉鲜花为原料,采用改进的窨制工艺窨制茉莉花茶.结果表明,与传统的窨制工艺及双瓣茉莉鲜花窨制的茉莉花茶相比较,改进的窨制工艺窨制的茉莉花茶,香气鲜灵浓厚、持久,滋味醇厚鲜爽,汤色浅黄绿明亮,不仅缩短生产周期,而且提高成品茉莉花茶销售价格.

Abstract:The green tea with high quality and Jasminum sambac "unifoliatum" with high aroma were scented by the improved scenting process.Results showed that the jasmine tea scented by improved scenting process had higher aroma and better taste and shallow yellow-green and bright liquor as compared with the jasmine tea scented by traditional scenting process and J.sambac "bifoliatum".Not only the production cycle was shortened,but also selling prices of the finished products of jasmine tea were raised.
